Coordinator in Land and Development Issues

Your Responsibilities

As a coordinator, you have a broad and varied role with significant administrative responsibility. Your work includes:

• Project Administration: You manage the administration for idea and project forums, including bookings, invitations, minutes, internal referral dispatches, and follow-up of the project idea portfolio.
• Land Queue Administration: You are responsible for the municipality's land queue and the administration surrounding it.
• Land Rights: You support our land rights officer in managing the city's land rights, including general inquiries about land rights, invoicing, and fee adjustments.
• Leases and System Administration: You handle incoming cases and provide support on issues related to lease management in our lease system.
• Other Administration: You manage various incoming cases in the authority's mailbox.

Your Qualifications

You have a high school education and experience in administrative work, preferably within public operations. You are comfortable working in digital systems and processes. If you have previously worked in systems for project and property management, we see that as a plus. You can express yourself easily in speech and writing in Swedish. It is advantageous if you have a post-secondary education relevant to the position, as well as experience in community building and land and development.

You are structured and can organize and prioritize your work effectively. You are meticulous and ensure that the work maintains a high quality. You easily adapt to changes and new tasks. You enjoy collaborating with others, are service-oriented, and have a professional demeanor.

We manage the city's land reserve, land rights, and leases, and drive development projects to create future residential and business areas.
